MATAMATA-PIAKO: Proposed New Rules notified.  Act now if you want to create lifestyle or 8ha rural blocks before the proposed 40ha minimum. WAIPA DISTRICT: Proposed New Rules notified, further submissions close 7th November.  Act now if you have a surplus house, 15 year association with your block or you want to subdivide lots with 25ha minimum average!

WAIKATO DISTRICT: Under Appeal to Environment Court – act now to benefit from old rules with more lifestyle blocks! 

FRANKLIN: Environmental Lots and Transferable Title Lots still possible.

HAURAKI DISTRICT: Rules appealed to Environment Court.  Last chance, whilst under appeal, if you want a lifestyle block or 6ha minimum block on the Plains …. pick up the phone now!

WESTERN BAY: New 6ha rural production lots with lifestyle block balance! – also subdivide when protecting stream banks, wetland or bush.  Minden Lifestyle zone is all go now!

THAMES-COROMANDEL: Draft Proposed District Plan is out for public comment now.  See it at your local Council Office, library, or on Line.
