WAIKATO DISTRICT: Under Appeal to Environment Court – This could be your last chance to subdivide a lifestyle block.  Call us now!

HAURAKI DISTRICT: Rules appealed to Environment Court.  If you want a lifestyle block or 6ha minimum block on the Plains call us now!

THAMES-COROMANDEL: New rules pending but rural subdivision still allowed. Discuss your subdivision plans with us now!

FRANKLIN: Environmental Lots and Transferable Title Lots still possible.

MATAMATA-PIAKO: Council decision pending.  Time running out for lifestyle or 8ha rural blocks as previously allowed. Act now!
